Policy

We are a full-service salon and our goal is to focus on your comfort, beauty and well-being. Our dedication to providing you with the highest quality products, services and level of cleanliness. Thank you for your continued support and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you!

Our primary concern is our customers’ health and safety. Our staff are trained to follow proper sanitation protocols that put client’s hygiene above all. We sanitized and sterilized all tools and equipment. Clients will have the option of a take home nail file, buffers, slippers, and toe separators or will be discarded after each use. All pedicure procedures are done with disposable liners with a one-time use only.

Reservations

We recommend scheduling your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you may relax and facilitate the most rewarding experience. We regret that we may be unable to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.

Online Booking Policy

Appointments booked online may require a major credit card to secure appointments for certain services. Gratuity is not included in the service amount and is happily accepted upon completion of the service. Cash gratuity is preferred.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks. A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required for all services; otherwise, fees may be assessed. Failure to show or provide 24 hours notice will result in a full-service charge for the booked services. Please inform our staff as soon as possible for a cancellation or reschedule.

After 2 cancellations within less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of 50% of your service fee and must be paid before booking further reservations. No shows will result in 100% of your service fee being charged and must be paid before booking further reservations.

Gift Cards

Alora Salon + Spa gift cards are perfect for any one on any occasion and redeemable only at Alora Salon + Spa location. Our gift cards can be used toward any salon or spa service and for purchase of any products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Alora Salon + Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after the issue date.
• Gift cards will expire after one year. No refunds will be given for gift cards. Please call or visit Alora Salon + Spa with additional concerns.

Personal Articles

Alora Salon + Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or items left behind. Please keep all valuable items with you during your appointment. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the provided robe or smock.

Guest / Children Safety

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to the salon or spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment. Parents / Guardians may accompany children with appointments while getting services done at the service areas if they are unable to sit by themselves, but otherwise we ask Parents / Guardians to be seated at the waiting area if children can sit by themselves when getting services done for your safety and for the Technicians / Stylists safety. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in the spa.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.

Cell Phones and Electronic devices

For all our guests’ comfort, we kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide.

Right to Refuse Service

Your health and safety are our primary concern. We may refuse service to customers with health conditions being at risk with open or infected wounds on the treatment area and customers with inappropriate behavior.

Service Guarantees

Nail Services

If you are not completely satisfied, please call us within 7 days of your initial appointment and we will be happy to fix it. We offer repairs for gel and dip powder manicures for 7 days and 3 days for all other nail services within your original date of service. If you pass more than a 7/3 days period then extra charges may apply. To schedule redo appointments please call our front desk and provide the name of the same technician as well as the date of your original service. Corrective services are subject to approval by management and do not include a change of service or color. NO REFUND ON NAILS SREVICES.

Hair Services

If you are not completely satisfied, please call us within 7 days of your initial appointment and we will be happy to fix it. To schedule redo appointments please call our front desk and provide the name of the same technician/stylist as well as the date of your original service. Corrective services are subject to approval by management and do not include a change of service or color. NO REFUND ON HAIR SERVICES.

Special Occasions and Events

Alora Salon + Spa is pleased to host group events including Bridal parties, Birthday parties, and Social gatherings. A 40% deposit fee is required for group special occasions and events. We have semi private rooms to accommodate Bridal parties if desired and fees will be $100.00 per hour for each room. Please contact management to set up your next event. Group cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notification. If cancellation is less than 72 hours, no calls or no shows then your deposit fees are non-refundable.

No Return Policy for Nail Products

For health and sanitary purposes, there is no return, refund, or exchange for all nail products purchased.

Return Policy Hair Products

• Unused products – 100% refund
• Used products – 50% refund
• The original receipt must be included along with the product
• Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days with a receipt of purchased

Eyelash Extension, Eyelash Lift and Eye Brow Tinting

Our eyelash extension, lash lift & eyebrow tinting services are by appointments only. Please reserve your appointments online or you can call us at Alora Salon + Spa and we will be glad to help you

• We do not upkeep foreign fills. Any lashes from previous salons will need to be removed and a new set applied.
• 50% deposit is required.
• Your appointments are very important to us. If you are unable to keep your appointment or must reschedule, please provide us with a 24- hour notice. Any cancellations after 24- hours
  your deposit is nonrefundable.
• Any No Call or No Shows we will not rebook in the future.
• Please call us ahead if you are running no more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best with the time that is left in your scheduled appointment.
• If you are running late and have not notified us then we will cancel your appointment and your deposit is nonrefundable.
• Please come with no eye makeup and or no makeup at all preferred, there will be an extra
• $15.00 charge for makeup removal.
