Appointment Cancellation

24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required for all services; otherwise, fees may be
assessed. Failure to show or provide 24 hours notice will result in a full-service charge for the booked services. Please inform our staff as soon as possible for a cancellation or reschedule.

After 2 cancellations within less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of 50% of your service fee and must be paid before booking further reservations.

No shows will result in 100% of your service fee being charged and must be paid before booking further reservations.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks. A $25 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

    I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Samoeun today! I walked in with *BAD* highlights done at another place. I mean there was red and green and all kinds of poor toning residue from my previous session. Samoeun was incredibly attentive to detail and she more than simply fixed my hair. After spending 6 hours (!!!!) with the amazing staff, I have gorgeous, even, healthy cool blonde highlights on my dark hair and I LOVE it. Not to mention, the price was incredibly affordable and my time was spent having hilarious conversations. I cannot speak of my experience highly enough - this place went above and beyond in correcting my hair and making sure I walked out happy. They have stellar reviews for a reason!

    I got my haircut and washed and blow dried with Sandy! Sandy was very kind and personable and did a wonderful job. She listened closely as I explained what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for! The communication was fabulous. There was no room left for guessing!
    She was also transparent about pricing and let me know when an upcharge occurred. Loved, 100% recommend.

    Samoeum is phenomenal! She fixed my dry hair and scalp problems by sharing her wealth of knowledge. She is very personable and makes you feel important and well cared for.
